John "Toast" Oast of Fishyaker.com and the Ocean bKayak Fishing/b Team shows how easy and inexpensive it can be to make your own light for bkayak fishing/b at night. All that is needed for this application is a 36" piece of 1/2" pvc, a small waterproof LED (These came from Target for less that $5 for a pack of four), Marine or Plumber's Goop, and a way to mount the pole to your kayak.
